- Space Agency is a committee of The Vancouver League for Studies in Architecture and the Environment. Founded in 1979, The Vancouver League is a non-profit organization and dedicated to the promotion of architecture and design. Frontierspace is an open international design competition in the city of Vancouver organized by the spaceAgency.
